RENEGADE RACING ASSOCIATION
The RENEGADE RACING ASSOCIATION was formed to give “Street type” racecars and their hardcore enthusiasts a home for HEADS-UP racing in the Ohio region. The RENEGADE RACING ASSOCIATION offers four racing classes: Outlaw Limited Street , Our original 8.90 Index, a 9.90 Index, as well as a 10.50 Index. The RENEGADE RACING ASSOCIATION offers a home for both domestic and metric racers looking for a taste of a Pro-Tree and some Heads-Up racing action in a safer environment than the streets.

You can call, text, or e-mail me and I can send you tire info and pics of most brand tires so you can make a decision before coming here to have them mounted and balanced that way its just a one time trip to get them installed. I thought it would help with your pick-ups, trailers, wife's car and children's if they needed tires and I can give you a price that would be worth making the trip to Girard!!!

IN MEMORY OF TOMMY COWLE
2/26/2012 - Today Tommy ended his almost decade long battle with ALS...
This may come as a surprise as we have still been actively participating in threads and the day to day operations of the RRA. This is how he wanted it...he did not want anyone making a big fuss over something that could not be changed, he was all about living life not focusing on death. He made me laugh because he would be having a really hard time one minute and the next he would ask me to see what was going on in the bullet. He said it was his outlet, and it was alot more fun to work on RRA stuff than dwell on his ALS. Even Friday night he was
giving me a checklist things that need to be done on his Camaro rebuild for the 10.50 class...lol
The RENEGADE RACING ASSOCIATION has been such a gift to him over the past two years, he gave it 110% it gave him an outlet for his love of racing He loved all of you guys in the RRA very much...(Gerry he even had a soft spot for you believe it or not...lol) Thank you for your participation in the series and most of all for your friendship.
If heaven has a dragstrip I'm sure he's already there...

Heaven just got a little less lonely for Tom...but we are now left to grieve the loss of another great man.
Chris lost his battle with Leukemia tonight, at home with Stephanie by his side, where she has been from the start. Chris was such a fighter!!! I have long said you racers are a different breed of man - It's in your DNA to never say die - you don't know how to go down with out a fight.
Chris has been a part of the RENEGADE RACING ASSOCIATION from the very beginning, he was one of the "Founding Four" as they became known. He was the very first sponsor this series ever had, and he was the first recipient of the Sponsor of the Year Award (an award that will now be renamed in his memory) He and Tommy used to sit on the phone literally for hours talking about the series, their illnesses and whatever else came to mind, but when it came to their illnesses I would always hear things like "screw the doctors, let's just go racing" I'm sure Tommy was waiting for Chris at heaven's gate with open arms when he got there...but let's make it a plan that we will not be buring any more great men in the near future. This series meant as much to Chris as it did to Tom so let's work hard to make them proud!!!
Things like this sure put life in perspective, so if you have a wife kiss her just a little sweeter, if you have kids hug them a little tighter, and make all the I Love You's truly heartfelt because none of us are promised tomorrow. I feel very blessed that when Tommy died I inherited some of his friends to keep as my own, and Chris was one of those friends. When he and I would talk Chris' voice would always change just a bit when he spoke of Stephanie, you could just hear it in his voice how much he loved her. I will never understand why God only gave us such a short amount of time with these amazing men, but I thank God everyday he gave them to us in the first place.
Chris recently proposed to Stephanie and though they never made it down the aisle, their commitment to each other was as strong as any husband and wife out there.
Stephanie...thank you for your devotion to Chris!!! He will truly be missed!!!!

Thank you to Tim Chumley for the words of prayer, and to all that partook in the moment of silence in Rich's honor.
It was truly humbling to be in the presence of some of the finest racers this sports has to offer.
The RENEGADE RACING ASSOCIATION donated all of the paid entries that day to the family of Richard Moore.
A total of $3650.00 was paid directly to E.F. Boyd & Son Funeral Home at the request of Richard's sister.
